Buying a truck: 2 options

One is a 69 GMC Long box Arizona truck with ZERO rust, 350 (originally V8 but don't think it's a #'s matching truck) and unknown automatic trans, 12-bolt rear w/posi, single electric fan (pusher, still has mecha fan), newer rims/tires. Has recent paint (two tone white/blue) but has a few dents and scrapes since then. Problems: Slight exhaust leak at header, slight oil leak at front main, wrong air filter assembly, missing front bumper, needs new tail gait as this one looks like it was used to stop baseballs and other random flying objects, doesn't have a working speedometer, needs new battery, no seat belts (94 bench seat 60/40), tint needs removal (purple/pealing), drive door isn't aligned properly, needs new grill, needs hood springs. Can probably get for $2500

Or...

67 GMC long box 350 w/ 3 (originally a 6cyl) on tree and small rear window. Has headers/duals, new carpet, sprayed bed liner, new paint (white enamal), gas tank relocated to rear, newer rims/tires. Only real problem with this truck is a little bit of rust on the floor pans, kick panels and one very small spot on the lower section of one door. Can probably get for $3500

They both have drums all the way around and power nothing and no A/C. Both look like they're sitting on stock suspension (half ton w/ leaf springs)

I prefer the smaller rear window but haven't seen the 67 in person, had my grampa check it out, he said besides the rust it is a very nice truck and needs nothing.

Which do you think is the better buy?
