Blazer Tank Swap Question/Issue
I picked up a blazer tank swap kit for my Beater & tonight I was doing some test fitting of the tank.
I had to remove the spare tire cross-member as expected & the factory punched holes in the frame line up like they should vs. the holes on the reinforced tank flange. The issue I'm noticing is the front of the tank on the drivers side does not clear the pan-hard bar mount. Either the tank flange or the pan-hard bar mount will need to be trimmed...... or possibly both. Has anyone else that's done this conversion had a similar problem? What was your solution? Just asking questions to make better decisions. . .....
