Timing should be set at........?
Hello there guys. I'm usually at the 60-66, but I have a question.
My cousing drove down from Nevada City with his 69 C-10 with a 307 with 2BRL I installed a NEW HEI to replace his points dist. What should the timing be at ? 10-12 BTC or what ? My Craftman timing gun that I've had since I was 14 (35 now) finally broke...so I'm going shopping today. The truck is running, but a little too advanced (pinging) Thanks for your help John
