Just bought a 61 Apache. This is my first V8 powered anything. I'm in the Marines and just came back from a 3 year tour in Okinawa, Japan. I strained 450rwhp out of a turbo 4-cylinder there and ended up bringing the engine and some extras back with me. While looking for a Nissan 240 to start building on, I stumbled on this flat green 61. I've always wanted something like this and for $2500 I couldn't pass it up.

It's got a 307 and a 3-speed right now, mostly stock. Plans are a 350 and a new tranny later. Once the running gear is squared away then I'll start on the body. I'll take some more pictures later when work eases up for me.
