Drop spindle preferences?

I'm looking to buy some drop spindles for my 1966 panel truck and I was wondering what brands everyone else has used, pro's and con's to 2.5" compared to 3", and how the ride of your trucks has changed, if at all. I have already converted the front to disc brakes off of a 1975 GMC heavy half ton so it has the 1 1/4" rotors and associated suspension components, and a 1972 trailing arm rear so I have five lugs on all four corners.

I am looking to get around 3" to 3.5" of drop in the front and 5" in the rear, so I will be trimming my stock front coils to attain the extra drop up front ant buying new coils for the rear. Any preferences on manufacturer's - ECE, CPP, Mcgaughys, Belltech, etc...?
