Gas filler delete - is this stock??!
Hey ya'll,
I popped by to pick up some parts from board member 'uncle' weekend before last. While there, I looked at a couple of the trucks he'd picked up recently, two of which were camper trucks at one time. Obviously, there is no gas tank in the cab for these guys, and I looked at one of the cabs and saw this gas filler delete on the cab. I took some pics with my Blackberry, not the greatest, but you get the idea... Does anyone know if this is a stock option, if so - where do you get the delete and the gasket used? I was really interested to see this. I would love to hold off on shaving my gas filler till I'm ready for body work, and I think, in general, if this piece was chromed and you used a flat-head bolt (like a banjo bolt) to secure it, it would look damned good in lieu of shaving.
