p/s question

I'm currently installing power steering in my 69' and it's a short pump 307 V8. The new pump pulley doesn't line up with my crank pulley. I currently have a 2 groove pulley for the crank. Does anyone now if the crank pulley is different for trucks with p/s, and if so how? I researched the site a little and found out chevy makes three different offset pulleys for this type of pump, so that might fix my problem, but I don't wanna go buying a bunch of parts until I research this a little more. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
