I have cut coils on the front of the longhorn(temporary deal.......been like that for about 8yrs....lol!). I cut 1 full ring of the bottom ,so the spring would seat in the a arm properly. To my best guess, its about a 3" drop. I dont reccomend lowering that way,& do have a set of spindles planned,but am neck deep in repairs on the house at present........69longhorn.
