Frame: what would you do if starting over?

I think I'm finally going to get my parts truck home this weekend and pull it apart. I'm planning to start with the frame; I'll have it blasted and then start putting it back together.

This will be mostly a daily driver, but I'm interested in the things that folks would do if they were starting from scratch today knowing what they know. Drop crossmember? Welding in supports, etc.

Open to all suggestions with a special emphasis on stuff that if I don't do it now it'll be a REAL pain to do later.
