flexplate question

I took out the truck today to enjoy its new paint work and a nice day in Portland. My fun didn't last long as a heavy vibration and gnarly metallic clinking came after playing around. The vibrations are coming from the flexplate (i pulled the inspection cover and its wobbling pretty bad) but is the metallic clunking noise that occurred with shifting the transmission from reverse to drive and vise versa. Are those symptoms of a cracked plate? I checked and all the bolts are still there, its just seems weird that the plate cracked and bent.

Does anyone know what flexplate will work with a 1984 ci305, 700r4 with original starter? I would also like some recommendations on brands!

Thanks guys!!
