My chevys **pics**

Hi all-

I'm new on the board and figured i'd share a couple pics of my two beauties!! I've always loved these body styles and will probably own old square chevy trucks for the rest of my life.

The first is my '84 M1008 ex-military truck. Truck has been in so-cal most of it's life and has ZERO rust. It has the 6.2 diesel, TH400, 4.56 gears with gov-loc in the rear (still works great), 6" superlift, 16.5" MT classic wheels with 36" hummer tires. This truck runs great is is just waiting for a turbo of some kind. I paid $1500 for this truck and have only added the lift and tires/wheels.

The next one i just picked up a few weeks ago (also for $1500). This will be my summer project. it will eventually get 20" wheels, paint (white or red, not sure yet), and a carbed/cammed 5.3 lsx sitting in my garage. This truck is an '81. I bought it with a fresh crate 350, mild TH350, 2500 stall, 3.73s, and a fresh interior. This truck is a blast to drive.
