Get'n my GMC low

Ok girl-scouts, here it is

I want know what it would take to get my 67 GMC down low, like the fender being about 2 inches above the wheel
I'm thinking a flip in the rear & at least 3" spindles up front

But here is the catch, I need to haul my 4000 lb. trencher
I don't want to bag it, but helper bags are ok (right now it has over load springs, but I don't see how I could use them once I flip the rear)

This is just a rough idea of what I want it to look like

Any ideas or help is appreciated !
