Suggestions on ways around this

I am pulling the air ride out of Screamin' so I installed 3" coils and 2.5 spindles on the front of her yesterday and found that the tires have moved out 1.25"s.

I knew they would move out some but DAMN!! I had an ass load more clearance with the stock spindles and the bags fully pancaked!!

The tires turn lock to lock without rubbing, but I have less than 1/4" clearance at the fender lip. And I haven't even tried her out on the street.

I am running 275/60/15 tires front and rear, should I narrow up the front tires to say a 255/60/15? Any idea how much narrower 255s are vs. 275s?

The rear is getting 5" drop springs, and I will adjust the rake with blocks. Haven't decided on 1" 0r 2" additional drop yet. The tires clear just fine in the rear.

Don't mind the fugly rims on driver's side, I havent stripped and polished them yet.

Pics so far:
