Hey Steve!
There is supposed to be a bracket on the front of the starter that bolts from the block to the starter. This needs to be installed, if it's missing. It helps prevent broken bolts, a known problem with the 6.2L. If you don't have the bracket, run down to your local dealer and pick one up. The 6.2L is also know for actually breaking the outer bolt ear right off of the block when the bracket is missing, so you want to make sure it's there.
