neg. camber and pulling during brakeing

okay, on another forum, somebody said it looked like my truck has a little bit of negative camber. i really cant tell, but when i get it aligned, it should fix that right?

and when i took the truck out for a spin tonight, everytime i hit the brakes, the truck would pull to the left quite a bit. again, i'm guessing its because of the non alignment and that we replaced the tierod end on the drivers side(where its pulling towards)

i'm just checkign to make sure that its somethign we did and that gettign it aligned will fix it all.
