20"x10" backspacing

I am going to run 20x10 wheels on the rear of my 1971 truck. The rear suspension is Air Ride Technologies strong arm kit. I have cut the floor of the bed to allow for additional drop and c-notched the frame. I am not sure what backspacing to run on these rims. I think 6" backspace should be good, I need the wheels tucked to allow the bed to clear the wheels. Also, what is the widest tire I can run on a 10" wide wheel? A 275, 285 or 295?
