Stepside tail lights - mock up
Just got the 'front' of the C-10 out in the driveway, so there's room in the garage to play now...
I'm looking for comments on this mock up of the lights I plan to install on my stepside bed. It's really just going to be a piece of sheet metal "wrapped" around the existing stake side. My goals are to have a really 'smooth' rear, 4 LED lights, nothing in the roll pan or the fenders. The gate and pan are from MAR-K. The pan needs about a 2" notch in the rear crossmember to fit correctly, not there yet. The light in the pic is a $7.00 NAPA incandecent, but I've found a few that look just like this but with LEDs and they're only 1" deep (and about $30 each). Thanks,
