Tech: Blazer tank conversion – Fuel Lines

Materials Needed:

1. Fuel filter for 1995 Chevy 1500 with 5.7



2. Fuel filter bracket off a junk yard 1988-1995 Chevy truck, Suburban,
Blazer. (Located under Drivers side front door, inside of frame.)

3. 3/8 inch steel hard line from an auto parts store. (Approximately 84”
needed for long bed. Longest I could find was 60”. Thus, the need
for unions)



4. Unions for the hard line



5. Male fitting (that fits fuel filter above)

6. Line clamps for 3/8" Line
