Odd Headlight Problem
About 6 months ago I converted my headlights to the H4 sealed versions and a high output 240 amp alternator. I highly doubt this has anything to do with my problem, but I'll throw it out there anyway. I was driving into Taco Bell last night, parked the girl out front where I could see it, and switched off my headlights. I go to get out of the truck and see bright lights in the window of the Taco Bell... WDF? Those are MY headlights. I check the switch, and its off... Are they really mine? I go around to the front and sure enough, my low beams are on. I messed with the switch a little, thinking maybe it just didn't get into the off position correctly, but this didn't fix the problem. The night had just started so I just left em on, got my food, and left. I stayed the night at my girlfriends and to keep them from draining the batter, I pulled my + cable. Woke up this morning, hoping it was a dream (because lately it seems that every other week something is going wrong), but was disappointed when I hooked the battery up. I replaced the headlight switch this morning, to no avail. The only thing I can think of is a direct short or bad relays... Any other things I should check for? I'll probably go through all the wiring today.
