Dana 60, C-20 vs C-20 Longhorn
I believe there are pins on the axle tube that register the axle to the leaf spring pack. Has anybody gone from the wider 2wd to the narrower 1 ton Longhorn and 4x4 frame dimension? What is involved?
I have a friend that wants to put one of my Dana 60's with 3.54 gears under his Longhorn instead of the Eaton with the screaming engine gear ratio. His 454 would be much happier. ------------------ 1971 C-10 Suburban 1972 C-10 Suburban 1969 XL Galaxie Fastback 1968 Galaxie 500 Fastback 1974 SCOUT II Montrose, Minnesota
