Spun cage nut for cab mount.
On a 73 4x4, I'm surprised more didn't fail.
There was about 1/4" air under each of the mount brackets on the frame! So anyway, the cage nut busted free on the right rear. I am hoping someone who has done this before can tell me the best place to make an incision so i can grab that little rascal. I am leaning toward removing the seat and cutting into the floor from above so I don't have to fear the gas tanks and fuel switch apparatus which is all right there. What do you guys think?
