Blast Cabinet on the way!!!
Happy New Year to Everyone!!!!
With my plans to add a Powder coating service to my Spray-In Bed Liner business I realized I need a blast cabinet. Harbor Freight has their industrial blast cabinet discounted $100 bucks...so I counted my pennies and bought it! Is it the best cabinet out there??? Probably not, but it will get me started and I think will be a good start for a blast cabinet. My 6.5' x 4' x 4' oven should be ready to cook soon!!! Cabinet details: Dual side doors for long objects with a large front door for bulky items. Includes brass flow valve, two nozzles, air regulator, large particle separating screen and easy access clean out door. Sturdy welded steel construction Rust resistant powder coat finish Extra bright, twin tube 18 watt fluorescent light Foot operated activation switch 25'' long reach rubber gloves Dust reclaimer outlet (dust reclaimer sold separately) Nozzle sizes: 6 mm and 7 mm; Abrasive capacity: 15 lbs., Door opening dimensions: 19-3/4" W x 19-1/4" H (x2 side), 46" W x 13-11/16" H (front); Working area: 47-3/4" W x 24" D x 22-1/2" H; Viewing window dimensions: 22-1/2" W x 10-1/2" H, Air requirements: 50 to 125 PSI @ 12 CFM; Air inlet: 3/8"-18 NPT, Overall dimensions: 51" W x 36" D x 65-3/4" H, Shipping weight: 297 lbs.
