Drum brakes

I replaced front and rear shoes and drums. After 600 miles I adjusted the brakes. 2000 miles later drums are out of round. I can feel the pulsation in the brake pedal. Due to rain I was driving something else. Today it stoped raining so I drove my 69 and I noticed the pulsation. I will try and take drums back to autozone tomorrow. Anyone else had this happen? I know that all drums are made in china now.
