Need Wheel Advice

I found a guy who has some 22" wheels and tires that he wants to trade for some stock wheels and some cash. The ad says their 5 on 5 wheels with no mention of backspacing. He shows a picture and it appears they're mounted on a Chevy truck made I'm thinking mid '80s early '90s.

I'm trying to work a deal with him, but am curious about how these 22" wheels are going to look on our truck. '72 GMC Stepside.

Can you guys take a look at this picture (if I can get it posted) and give me some pointers and opinions? What should I check or look for?

Is backspacing going to be an issue?

Will I have enough room for these?

General opinions on the wheel?
