Does anyone know what would cause a holley no to go strait to fast idle when the engine is started cold. Everything works fine and is adjusted right. The choke closes and the fast idle cam goes up when the choke is set, the choke opens properly but when the engine is started it starts at 1000 to 1400 RPMs and slowly rises to fast idle it usually takes about 3 or 4 minutes on a warm day. Also the fast idle cam is new and I put new gaskets in the carb recently.
