Sandblast powder coat frame - Houston area??

Hello,

Does anyone know a company which will sandblast and powder coat a frame in the Houston Area?

I power washed and sanded the frame last year and the applied the Eastwood system (Rust Converter/Rust Encapsulator/Chassis Black) but now you can see rust starting to come raise up underneath the finish. Not sure if this is something I did wrong... I have all my new parts ready to re-assemble the frame and am trying to decide if I should bite the bullet and go ahead and powder coat or just fix what I have.

Any ideas what the going price is to blast frame, control arms, trailing arms and powder coat? Appreciate any feedback.
