whos done the serpintine conversion?
i am thinking about doing this mabey this summer on the new engine. i want to clean up the asscesories somehow, but i can't afford like billet brakets and pullies and stuff like march sells. so i think mabey i will convert it over to sepintene just for a differnent look. so.........
1. where is the best place to get the stuff, i need brakets and alt, powersteering pump and all the odds and ends to make it work. 2. how do i work the power steering pump into it, what i mean is, can a change my powersteering pump pully to a serpintine one or do i get a serpintine powersteering pump? if a get a new pump, how do i know if it will work with my steering box and hoses? 3. i don't have a compressor on it and i don't plan on fixing the a/c anytime soon. so can do the serpintine setup w/o the compressor and just use a shorter belt, or do i need some kind of idler pully setup to take the place of the compressor? thanks for any help. if anyone has pics of this that would be great also.
