Rip,
I am going to put a rebuilt turbo 350 with a shift kit in it.....UJoints are all brand new so I think they will be ok.....I will however need to replace the Carrier support bearing and straps on the rear end yoke....they seem stretched a little bit....but I can use the same alternator..... and the brackets I am going to pull from the bone yard.....they are a dime a dozen out here....Chevy will cost ya though.
