2wd to 4wd conversion SWB Truck using Blazer Frame

Im new to this site and i have been browsing a little here and there. Im trying to figure out if its Easier to do this conversion in these two options. Keep in mind I have both vehicles sitting next to each other. Every peice i should need(besides the fabricating) is there.
A: Take the suspension, brackets, crossmembers out of the blazer and put them under the 2wd frame.
B: Take the SWB body off the SWB frame and put it on the Blazer frame.

Now i know the blazers are shorter so that poses the biggest problem. The 2nd problem i know exists is the flare on the 2wd frame that is non existant on the 4wd frame. This so far is the only problem i THINK is lying in front of my suspension swap. Thats why I am more fond of the whole suspension conversion, it seems the easiest route. But a couple of people I have spoken with say that sectioning a frame isnt that difficult. That i should take it to a Professional chassis/welding shop and have them extend it the difference of the 2 frames. Keep in mind that this is not the route i want to take, so try not to give me a hard time lol. ANY info is very helpful and much appreciated.
