Surgery went fine...

The beater truck had to have a little outpatient surgery today. I put a "patch" over the nasty hole left by the imfamous Ultra-Rare Corvette Option (RPO#OU812) hood mounted antenna. They had to do this because the HI PERF ambulance engines that came with the Corvette option had so much torque that the antenna would break the windshield on hard launches. Here's some before and after shots. I figured while we there, we might as do a little cosmetic work around the hole with the hammer and dolly.
