what's it going to set me back to fix this??

On my 76 c20 350/turbo 350. I can not go above 30MPH or it gets jerky and tries to stall out. It did this the other day as well but not this bad. I barely made it home. Fuel pump? If so, what would this cost and where's it located. if not a fuel pump then what?
