BIG problem

I just got my dropped spindles and disk brakes from CPP, and they push the tires out 1 1/2". Is this normal? The only reason I kept the six lug pattern was because I already have wheels and tires. CPP is trying to figure it out, I sent them pictures too. My truck is a 70 GMC 1/2 Ton, and so far I've replaced the ball joints with 73-87, and the spindles and rotors are for the same year, but with a six lug pattern. Do I need to change something else, like the control arms? Or did I just get the wrong parts?
