What rear end is in my 89 2500 light duty...14 bolt??? and would there be a benifit swapping it into my 96 z71... That 10bolt is a little weak for 38s.... Reason I am interested in this swap is its still a 6 lug and I dont have to get new wheels... just get gears and a locker... __________________ 2004 z71, 96 z71 on 38s, 88 Chevy k5 blazer, 4in lift. 84 swb project, 82 SWB project , 84 chevy 4x4 lwb project, 88 Jimmy beater/highschool ride. 79 c30. 99 tahoe 4x4 project. and a bunch of parts trucks..
