removing brazing

I finally got around to getting the doors on - test fit to set up modified front rad support height & location - and see that one of the po's brazed the lower hinge to the door. Means I have limited adjustment on the drivers door and I can't get it to even close right now. I have the passenger door real close and feel pretty good about it. I am also getting the hood sanded to get it on to help me align the whole front end.

This is a 56 body on an 80 SWB frame so modifications and lots of test fitting are going to be needed.

My question is how do I remove the brazing? Heat or grind? Some of it is going to be pretty hard to get to with any type of grinder and I do not have a torch.

Also after soda blasting the cab there is brazing in several places. It all seems solid and looks like it is from the factory as I am told they did. Do I want to remove it? I was going to do a combination of weld and filler to smooth overlapping seams out in the cab. Not too sure how the brazing will react if I get close to it with the Mig.
