Interior gloss???

I was talking with the paint store and looks like I am going to use BC-CC for interior since I found how easy it is to use. He asked me what level of gloss I was going to want. Apparantly it is an additive to knock down the sheen so you don't get blinded all the time. Anyone have any examples and the amount of deglosser you used?? I'm thinking maybe just do it on the dash top?? This is going to be a daily driver. Thanks in advance.
