stock 67 height to determine lift

I used late model Ford superduty leaves to lift my 67, and now I want to order shocks and need to know if I am within 4" of lift (bilstein 5100 series) or if I need special sizing (5150 series). So, can anybody tell me factory height from backing plate to frame or some other means of measuring just the suspensions lift front and back (measurements I neglected to write down . .)

or perhaps more to the point, without being able to drive the truck yet, how can I tell what the shocks need to be able to run compressed/extended? can I extraolate that from the static distance? Also I want the system to limit itself so shocks aren't damaged; not just "take it easy" so do I need to lower the bump stops?

Thanks!
