Inline Tube vrs The Right Stuff....I have them both you decide.***UPDATE***
I ordered transmission lines from Inline Tube via Wes/Classic heartbeat and the lower unit was too short. After Inline said they were correct, and something else is wrong, Wes suggested we give the right stuff a try. Sounded like a plan to me.
I received my SS trans lines from the Right Stuff. Noticing the lack of quality bends right out of the box, along with all the mill makings on the tubes. The only thing I could hope for a proper fit. Nope, these things are going to need allot of tweaking. The length is correct though. In the picture you can see it hitting my harmonic balancer! I had to finesse them to align with the transmission ports. Speaking of bending I noticed these don’t seem as rigid as Inlines are. So hands down the Inline Tube has the best looking units for the money....If I can only convince them that they sent me a bad set. But as they stand now, they say they are correct, that was going by my first set of pictures I took with my Cellphone. How they can tell they are the correct length is beyond me. We're only talking a few inches here. I took better pictures this time with measurements, so maybe this will help, otherwise I’m SOL as far as pre-bent transmission lines are concerned. So now I'll see what it's going to cost me to send all this junk back. I don't want Wes to responsible for other peoples junk, but if they say it's correct, they aren't going to pay for the return freight either...... and I'm not about to screw Wes on this, as he's been a big help. s/t This is Inline Tube.
