Wood Floor

I am restoreing a 66 stepside that the wood bed had rotted away when I got it.
I cut down a Red Cedar tree because of tornado damage and carried it to a saw mill to get cut in 8 in.X 10 foot boards and stored them in my garage attic 3 years ago to dry.
I have painted the cab of my truck and am going to take the bed off to paint it in the next few weeks. I am trying to get it ready for a local car show in April of this year, and want to use the Cedar in this bed because the truck is solid black.
Does any one have any measurements and what the board with is and where the holes are to be drilled? Also the grove for the bed slats.
