Question Rack and Pinion for Dropped Crossmenber

Ok, so I have my entire front end tore down, and will be finally installing my dropped crossmember this weekend. I still have to but my rack and pinion, and I am keeping my powersteering. I do not want to pay through tthe nose for a chrome rack from flaming river or unisteer, and a few people have mentioned that any power rack for a 79-93 Mustang will work. My question is this: Parts stores show several different configeratons, from sport steering to oem, meanign the number of turns from lock to lock. What is confusing is they show some racks with a "ford gear" and th one below it will have a "TRW gear". What is the difference, and what rack is best to use? Having a friend that works at a parts store makes this purchase really inexpensive, like $60 for a power rack. I just need to know exactly which one I need.
