Inside Bedside Gas Filler

Hey Guys,

We were discussing inner bedside gas fillers on 62Vair's thread last week and Iron-Butt asked for some details so here is how I did mine.

I am not sure how 62Vair did his, he might have some better ideas. My approach is a little complicated but it worked out nice.

I started with a RCI fuel cell snout and cap. Summit's description is messed up. The snout is steel, the filler cap is aluminum and seals with an o-ring. It is a nice piece and not too expensive. I could have welded a snout on the backside of it and connected a hose directly but I didn't want to mess up the powder coat and I wanted something very rigid, the bedside metal is not very thick.
