Pulled the Interior this past weekend need suggestions!
So I got around to doing some work on my 79' this past weekend because of the nice weather, I don't have a garage and w/ the very snowy winter couldn't do much of anything blazer related! So I was playing around w/ the rear latch last week w/ the key and found out you can lower the glass by turning it to the right, I knew it had a power rear glass because it has the switch on the dash but doesn't work, anyways so I put the taigate down for the 1st time since I owned it, pulled the rear sill trim off and checked under the carpet to see how clean it was and it was very clean, just a little surface rust were the screws go on the right side of the rear sill trim, then went to the front and pulled off the door sill trim pulled up the rug and padding it was
moist and lots of surface rust so I stipped out everything to dry it out and here's what I have, there are a few 1/4 - 1/2 holes in verious areas and would like to know the best way to patch them and refinish the drivers/pass floor? Thanks, Harry.FOR LIFE! |
