Cool No Fuel...????

I got the beast to crank today....as long as I was spraying starter fluid into the carb. Im using a 64 tank. Not sure if it is different from the stock but the metal fuel line comes out the top and then exists the cab near the bottom of the tank. I put in 2 gal of fresh gas....its been about 4 years since the truck was run. I removed the hoses from the fuel pump and from the metal fuel line under the bottom of the truck and not a drop.

Could this be plugged.... Any ideas on what I need to do to clean it up to it holds gas and will allow gas to be pumped to the engine?

I sounded good with the pipes uncapped!
