Hey guys. I been surfin around the site now for a week or two and thought that I would introduce myself. I'm from Athens, AL. I just recently purchased a 79 Silverado 2wd Short Bed. It belonged to my wifes uncle for most of it's life and was all original until I purchased it. Haven't done a whole lot to it other that just trying to get alot of things fixed and restored on it. It has a 305 w/2bbl. So far I've redone the rally wheels, fixed all of the ext. lights on it, repainted the grille and headlight bezels, replaced the alt. and fuel pump, replaced the battery tray, and fixed alot of odd and end stuff. Right now I'm working on redoing the headliner. This is the 5th Chevy truck i've owned. I also own a 2006 C.C. 4x4. Here's some pics of both the trucks let me know what you think.....(The 06 doesnt have those wheels anymore, just dont have a recent pic.)
