I agree with Slammed67. Use you passenger door for measurements. If you havent welded it in place remove it. I believe your problem is in the cab corner. I had replaced almost everything on that side, but because I had taken measurements, I came out 1/16 of an inch off. I also put my doors back on to make sure the height was the same. Then removed them to finish the inside. Because you used after market parts and yes they are never the same, it just takes more time to get em right. My rocker panels are only tacked on until I am ready to put my doors in for good.
