Proper Engine Mounting

I'm working on a customer's '67 and am working on the motor mounts to set the big block in place. I prefer to use the '73 and up mounts and have those in place currently. Now in the past I've just leveled the carb pad, but where this one is at right now it is 1.7 degrees down in the rear. Do you think this is enough to worry about? this could also change slightly once the actual ride height/stance is set. Any experiences or opinions?
