chev or gmc front clip?

Here's my problem I have a '71 jimmy I spent the day rounding up all the body parts to see what I had and what I still need. It seems that I have a mix of chev and GMC parts.

The tail gate and rad support are GMC
The fenders are 69-72 chev
I have hoods & hood latches from both so that isn't a problem
I don't have a grill yet. I'm trying to decide what would be the simplest way to go.
Should I get a chev grill, (rad support), switch out the tailgate, and call it a blazer or I could get new fenders and a Gmc grill and call it a Jimmy?

What's everyones thoughts on this? I'm trying to get this going as cheaply as possible.
