350 Performance Question

Im putting together a 350 and curious how its going to run and idle. Will it at all have a somewhat racy idle?
350 stock bottom end
flattop pistons
76 CC 1.94 1971 corvette LT1 heads (stock)
edelbrock performer rpm intake
holley 600 mechanical sec.
center dump manifolds with duals
Speed Pro Cam
