rear suspension help

I have a 70 GMC Longbed im building for a radical street/strip truck. i plan on going with a 355 forged bottom end, aluminum heads, hyd roller cam around .520 lift, single plane, and a 750 with a 150 shot. with all this power i need it to hook up. its a leaf spring truck and i was thinking of going with one of these options: re-locate leaf springs to under the frame and flip a leaf to lower/stiffen it, 4-link, switch to coil springs, ladder bar. I know relocating the leafs would be the cheapest by far but what is my best bang for my buck set up? i was looking into 4 link and it doesnt seem too expensive. has anyone ran 4 link before? is it easy to install? price? anyone re-located leafs? any info you guys have on rear suspension i wanna hear it. i want something a can drive on the street but when i get on it it hooks up. price is my biggest set back, the cheaper the better
