55-59 steering coloumb bracket.......

i have a 56 2ton and i am rotating the box/coloumb up towards the dash becuase it hangs down into my gut, makes it hard to get in and out of, and crowds my knee's when useing the pedals.

on the 1+ tons there are a few things different in the cab not just the fenders and grill.

the steering colomb hangs lower and is at the bottom of the slot in the floor board, unlike the 1/2-1t trucks.

i need to see just how much shorter the 1/2-1t steering coloumb brace braclet is and i might beable to use one instead of hacking mine apart.
