As long as you don't mind drilling some more holes in your firewall, you can mount the booster. If the Nova has the same type of brake setup as your '64 (ie disc/drum or drum/drum) then the master cylinder will work. However it may not be the best since the Nove may have different size calipers and wheel cylinders than your truck
